The Systematic Meaning Behind the Code
Universally Yours business will build maintain the Energy System as a public information system. Using a network platform, the VAMS will build into a network of computer technology that correlates into a human generated and managed computer operating system resulting in a performance system that measures the movement of human mass energy including public activity. The VAMS is the technical side to the Energy System in which technology reveals the performance of the people including the development of community operations from a land use perspective.
Through algorithms that link actual tax data, statistics, polls, and other forms of measure public opinion and choice, the VAMS will show the movement of human energy locally, statewide, and nationally to reveal actual American civic performance.
The VAMS system is an economic opportunity from the Universally Yours business to teach technology through the development of the systems necessary to build the VAMS. Through this technological building, the employees/citizens can leverage the use of technology within civic government to minimize government spending to maximize efficiencies, and maximize business opportunity for strong and healthy economic growth.
eDoors and eICONs
eDoors is the Operating System within the Energy System that uses eICONs as coding mechanisms that signal activity purpose within a community. These eICONs are symbolic visual aids that identify information purpose. Like signs used in traffic, (i.e. Stop signs), the language of these eICONs is the code that identifies action that goes into the community. This symbolic coding process will then translate activity motion and become the eDoors Operating System which maps out and communicates this activity flow. This eDoors system of operation is the means to identify community/state/nation components showing "live" position of how things are working interchangeably. As this operating system is developed, the visual of all the variables within the coding process will release a Visual Activity Mapping System that shows the multi-layer operation levels of all the variables within a community. This whole process is called the Energy System.
eICONS, eDoors, and the Operating System
Every operation within the community will have its own eICON. Based on tax purpose and community functioning relevancy, these eICONs will be organized into a functioning format where principle purpose will be coded into its unique symbol.
For example, all businesses will have an eICON that will have a digital code within its symbol that will identify itself as a variable in the economic system yet mark itself uniquely like a logo.
Based on this functioning relevancy method, this eDoors Operating System will become the template program that identifies this coded "image" system that will mark its significant purpose within the community through the identification of community components necessary to operate the community.
The eDoors Operating System is the means to navigate the Energy System just like Windows Operating System is the means to navigate the personal computer. This gives the user a means to interact simply within a computerized process. The difference between the Windows Operating System and the eDoors Operating System is that this technology system is developed through a Visual Activity Mapping System (VAMS). This VAMS is the path to channel information through the community, rather than a universal system such as the World Wide Web.
Since the government within a community operates like a business within the community, the eDoors Operating System will be the means to implement a neutral system including the rules and regulations within the government system. The eDoors Operating System will take the information of the community and form an efficient use to managing the taxpayers monies.
The Tax-Payers Operating System
This eDoors Operating System is the technology system that will bring the activity feed generated through government's tax infrastructure to a multi-layered interaction medium. The eICONs will be the coded language that identifies the movement of the tax infrastructure as it releases activity information based on the principles of operational purpose (tax purpose). In other words, these eICONs become the "image" characters that represent the "code" language of community operations while the eDoors is the Operating System that provides multi-layer interaction processing. This process will be the organized way to format communication into community activity. Through the programming of the community's activity, the Visual Activity Mapping System will reveal the different scenarios that occur from a "live" perspective ranging from building positions/purpose/development, traffic/conditions on roads, and where businesses are located within the collective whole of the community.

Mapping Information into Visual Activity
Through the Visual Activity Mapping System, the Community operation will be interpreted into a moving picture language revealing a mapping system that represents "live" information and visually displays activity flowing from this information within any given area.
This procedure, known as map-casting through eICON coding, will use the principles of (sub-atomic) energy by recognizing its movement principles through relativity within human activity. This process is then mapped out by assigning "pictures" to the energy principles being used (Relativity and Quantum Mechanics/Particles). This process is put into a system of visual activity based on the code of each piece that goes into the movement within the activity being observed. This code is translated into the visual icon (eICON) that includes the algorithm based on tax code and tax code use within the community. This includes business, government and educational uses.
Acting as a message system for human activity, these maps will be viewed in a visual medium and contain multi-layers of activity that depict the different scenes that are occurring in daily life. This includes the energy of environmental conditions, media, housing/home, healthcare, relations, cultures, technology, and public movement. This community mapping system will tie into the state visual mapping system as each community is developed and will reveal an overall picture of what is happening around us on local and larger scale perspectives.
The VAMS operation is the next generation of current satellite maps. It adds virtual activity in image format. This mechanized reality activity will give individual perspective a united view. From individual perspectives, the 4-dimensional means becomes Space-Time solutions to America’s problems.
For example, through business coding, if we want to see the economical flow of a community, the VAMS business activity layer will link and reveal all business aspects of community functioning and provide informational consumer needs. The VAMS will link all government operations to a layer of actual government performance and/or information and resources for citizen needs. This will also show the efficiency of governmental flow in relation to taxpayers monies.
This VAMS is a business operated by Universally Yours and the citizens in every district within Maine....eventually the country. This interactive and true-to-life project will identify community activity information and translate it into a relative visual process for educational information. Not only will this project bring a common visual understanding of where and how the flow of the community originates and builds, it will also be the citizen's business to learn, build, and maintain this communication tool.

This country has grown beyond the intelligence of the skills in technology and the Energy System will bring an opportunity for technology skills to be developed locally as the students and residents of the community learn technology through their town’s operation and application of tax management. As this system is developed within each community, based on school districts, it will become part of America’s technology infrastructure that gives local control back to the citizens as they learn how their community operates and functions while becoming efficient and productive within their community. This will result in affirmative action as the people of the towns will know what to do to bring efficiency back to the management of the taxpayer’s monies. Since the civic operation is connected to the State and Federal operations, this process will reveal a relative means to connect America’s operations into layered activity. The power of America will become controlled by the local communities working toward the collective whole. This will allow for individual motivation to link to national agendas.

The intelligence of the community is not limited to the students in the schools. It also includes the citizens. Understanding how things work and why things do what they do are the basis for any intelligence. Everyone lives in a community and from this base of understanding; intelligence is relative to the purpose it serves. Since each person has their life agenda, the purpose of this Visual Activity Mapping System will fulfill anyone’s purpose to “see” what’s happening in their community relative to their own needs.

As the student learns about a subject, he/she can also learn the relative effect it has on community/state/national/global operations. It brings comprehension to the full scale learning process. This Visual Activity Mapping System tool is necessary for the Town to accurately understand and communicate the immediate and growing needs of the community. With the town office expenses and town development “records”, daily input can be placed into the “program” to reveal daily community activity. Not only will this show how the taxpayer’s monies are working for the town, but it will also reveal the areas of development that are receiving the most attention and areas that are still “weak” for attention. The town officers/planners will be able to “see” the community performance ranging from town responsibility to road maintenance. The VAMS will provide information about what businesses are out there and what they have to offer through a collective visual format. Businesses will display their offerings to the community through a visual link. This creative approach helps businesses get their “message” out there for people to “see” relative to the rest of the community/state/nation. Any person looking for a particular service will be able to visually see the location, type of services offered, and link information to the businesses rather than current method of online searching.

As the community is seen in visual reality, this will bring into view the different neighborhoods. This will identify land use which will be helpful for buying homes. The mapping system will also facilitate getting to and from work and scheduling up-coming events. All of this contributes to uniting family agends resulting in better planning.
